It is no secret that the United States began as a slave society. Throughout history, the narrative of Afro-Americans treated as second class citizens manifested in slavery, the civil war, reconstruction, and the civil rights movement. The Supreme Court ruling of Brown v. Board of Education, 347 U.S. 483 (1954), made segregation of any form illegal in the United States. Many viewed desegregation as the “freedom” Afro-Americans deserved after the calculated and systematic racism brought on by European colonizers. In 2008 history was made with the first Afro-American President and First Lady. Black women are currently the most educated group in the United States. There is an array of black wealth circulating throughout America and black entrepreneurship is on the rise. There are laws put in place to combat discrimination and racism. To the ignorant eye, Afro-Americans are “equal.” However, we know that racism still thrives in American culture. The criminal justice system in the United States is a blatant example of lack of equality amongst the races. If you look at the actual language in the 13th amendment (the amendment that ended slavery in the U.S.) it states that, “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for a crime shall exist within the United States.” But we knew this. We all saw the Netflix documentary. Afro-American males account for 37% of the prison population in the U.S. There are also 96,000 people from Pennsylvania are behind bars. And with no surprise Afro-Americans make up 46% of the prison population. The number of individuals on probation and parole in PA are even higher.

The destruction of justice in democracies . Legal abuse of natural justice. In any democracy the politicians consider themselves “law makers,” they like to believe they make the rules and laws that govern the people. Though the party system, if any particular group of politicians win a majority; they form the government. They then fool themselves into believing they run the country and make the rules everyone has to follow. In just about every democratic nation, on any day of the week, evidence can be found: if searched for, that this is a fallacy. Politicians tend to think in grand sweeping gestures, the big picture, great overall intentions.

Peruvian Mining and Its Connection to the International Economy
There are three key issues to look at when examining the Peruvian mining case. The first issue is the violence, conflict, frustration and poverty of created by the mining practices of certain mining companies. Their policies then create a climate of violence, conflict, poverty and frustration because they refuse to listen to the local populations demands. The second issue taking place in Peru is the increasing violations of human rights by the mining companies and their private security forces. The last issue brought is the question whether or not the industry will be viable in the future with metal prices falling.

Nicole Junkermann v Johnny Vedmore: Secretive German Court Censorship to Hide IDF and Epstein Links
I’m being censored in secret. In Germany, Nicole Junkermann, associate of Jeffrey Epstien, Ehud Barak, Matt Hancock MP and Peter Thiel, has taken out a court injunction to silence me. However, they haven’t informed me of the case. They have never served me with any court papers - as required by the “Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters” - more commonly called the “Hague Service Convention”. Therefore, I have had no opportunity to respond to any accusations and it’s clear that the German judiciary is automatically on the side of the multimillionaire Epstein associate, Countess Nicole Junkermann. The first time I heard any rumors about a German court injunction taken out against me was on 11 January 2020. I’ll always remember the date very well as I was nursing my dying cat when it came through the letterbox. Because I was about to lose my big ginger buddy of almost two decades, I had zero emotional response to the incoming mail.

Make America Think Again
On any given day in my professional role, I receive complaints against licensed practitioners. In some cases, the individual calling might be considered a whistle-blower since they are also calling about the facility. Regardless, we give every complaint due process. Before launching a full investigation, which includes issuing a subpoena, the complainant is questioned regarding their knowledge of the events. It may go in several ways.

The Great Money Spigot
While the main stream media is so concerned with Trump and the pending impeachment process, the Fed meanwhile continues to funnel money to Wall Street to the tune of $690 billion a week. Either the media is in collusion with the Fed to keep this information from reaching the general public or they are too preoccupied with Trump, international affairs, and, then again, they could very well be just too blind to see what is actually happening to the economy.

Labor of Lewandowski
Tuesday, September 17, 2019 Vol. 1, 1.2. Today's little televised, 'political scene" was rather appalling to watch, as Congressional hearings go. It tells us just how far we have fallen as a Democracy, when one branch of the Federal Government openly believes it can run roughshod over a co-Equal branch of The Federal Government, to protect a lawless President. The whole affair was a bit surreal, and somewhat embarrassing for House Democrats, and emboldening to Republicans... right up until the last 30 minutes or so of the hearing, when the tables were turned. Today we had a former, high ranking Trump staffer, who, more than likely, has some very damning information about this President that America needs to hear about, yet is known for thumbing his nose at the rule of law and The Constitution, get up before cameras and "clam up" to protect his Trump. Lewandowski was breaking the law by refusing to answer questions posed to him, under oath, as required by subpoena. Here, Lewandowski is seen rudely asserting some bastardized form of Executive Privilege, which he clearly doesn't have to assert. He admits Trump has requested that he not speak on any matters which fall outside of the four corners of The Mueller Report. But he wouldn't answer questions about information and situations described in Muller's Report, much less anything else.

I Remember
I will never forget where I was when 911 happened. I was just waking up. I was in my room. I turned on the TV. I was watching NBC News. Katie Couric was reporting on what was happening in New York. I saw the first tower burning. I was confused. I thought it must be some scene of the latest action flick. Then, I saw the second plane hit the second tower. That was when I knew it was real. It felt like we were being attacked. It felt like war.
