Bipolar Disorder
What is bipolar disorder? We've all heard various things about bipolar disorder, some accurate and some stigmatizing and incorrect. Today, I want to delve into the distinctions between bipolar 1 and 2, the experiences of those living with the condition, and the most effective ways to manage its symptoms. While the DSM is not exhaustive, it provides a framework for identifying symptoms and understanding the diagnostic process.
