The Tales of an Ale Wife
"Ale wife..." I whisper to myself as I watch and listen to my husband and his crew talk amonst themselves. Ale wife is what they called me which I guess was well suited, as I did provide this small countryside town the best Ale around. For the 5th Century, there was no real want for big corporations to make and sell ale without it going to waste before it made it's round.

"Oh." The first words spoken on the balcony, over an otherworldly view. Neon colors bled through behind every building against the setting sky. A cold chill led by the sea life swimming through the air. Colors that only could ever exist on paper, touched every surface. The young woman stood there, taking in every single detail as if it were her own.

Front Page Heist
"Infamous Jewel Theif On The Run" 6 words that filled out the front page of the newspaper, slammed down on a glass table. The echo made it's way through the grand entrance before catching up with the click clack of heels exiting the room. A large window slides open, quiet and slow enough to not disturb the echo once more. A man dressed in all black, slides through the window and slowly stands to his feet. His tall form in a suit as black as the marbled stone flooring.

If Walls Could Talk
“If walls could talk” Sure, they say “If walls could talk” but they never consider what the walls would say. I would bet on them tearing me down for all the things I’ve seen. All the things they’ve said and done would be on me. It’s funny the way humans can view their actions as the fault of another’s observation. Here I am, with a lifetime of observation and no one to blame but myself and those who built me here. So you want to hear it from the perspective of a lowly brick wall of a New York apartment? I have time for a few short memorable moments I have picked up on throughout my life as the backdrop to the lonely and to the social.

Mydus and the lost child
Little bits of gold coin, antique clutter and more odds and ends littered the forest floor at the entrance of a deep and dark cavern. The only light seen was the streams of translucent gold pushing past the canopy to gently bounce off of the mess scattered about. The natural hum of the forest was quickly interrupted but the jingle of the coins. Quiet at first, then a few loud thumps of fallen antique debris as something made it’s way past the mess.

The Runaway Train
Colors of green, grey and more mixed together past the window of a dripping window pane. The water droplets seemed to defy the laws of nature as they held still on the moving train. Inside the cart, lay a woman whose body slumped comfortably over a small bag. The bump of the moving train, gently awoke the girl, causing her to sit herself up. She blinked and stared at the window. A multitude of emotions washed over her almost as fast as the train car she sat in.

"There weren't always dragons in the Valley" "I know Sir Fredrick" A small chuckle slipped out of the mouth of a young maiden standing in the archway of a large stable. Her hair fell to her shoulders in golden rose colored curls. Her smile brought attention to her subtle pale blue eyes that collected as much light as a Mundani dragon would. "Is this the story I will continue to bestow upon the land when you're gone?"
