For most of my life, I used to wake up feeling lost.
Every day felt the same ā Iād scroll my phone, complain about how tired I was, and promise myself that tomorrow Iād finally do better. But of course, tomorrow never came.
One night, I watched a short video where someone said:
āYou donāt need to change everything. Just start with one habit that makes you proud of yourself.ā
That line hit me hard. So I decided to start small ā I began making my bed every morning.
It sounds silly, right? But that tiny action made me feel like I had control over my day.
After a week, I noticed something: I stopped hitting snooze. I started drinking water in the morning. Then I started journaling for 5 minutes. One small habit turned into another.
I realized something powerful:
Change doesnāt come from motivation. It comes from momentum.
Now, my life isnāt perfect ā but itās mine. I feel proud of the person Iām becoming, all because I started with one simple habit.
