Will you swim for me too? Coz I'll drown for you.
A poem to that friend
Right in front of my eyes, people disappear
I'm not blind..
Just too kind.
It hurts the possibility of pain
But that's what keeps me, me
And that lie when I say I'm fine
Yet I'll ask are you okay?
I'm already bleeding
Yet I cry because your eyes are tearing
What am I? Where am I?
Stuck in the depths of my own heart
Thinking about you.
You alone.
Are you safe?
Are you home?
Though you load the arrows, aim the bow
All i see is a bunch of flowers that you throw
Yes I bleed, yes I drown
All i want is for you to swim.
I won't die, for I live in your breath
I live past death.
I live in your love, the kindness and your sorrow
I wish I could borrow another tomorrow.
Oh yeah I'm still alive
But i can't swim
Will you swim for me too?
Coz I'll drown for you.
So would you be my tomorrow?
Imperfect yet mine.
Broken yet fine.
