The Missing Two

One possibility of "Calling to Her" from Nans' POV

I can't quite remember

What we talked about

But I know they were here

And will be again

Soon, I hope

I can't remember how long ago

They left this time

But we had time

My family and I

Talking nonsense or fact

Content matters less than

The people involved

Love me

They tell me every day

But I'm missing some people

Who haven't yet come

They must be delayed

So I ask for them

Where is my other son?

Where is my love, my husband?

Sometimes I remember

They were taken from me young

But now and then the air thins

And I see them

And they wave and smile

As I wave and smile

So very happy

That I have them back

Means the world to me

Now I can be

A bit more relaxed

beep beep beep
