MY TRUE ENCOUNTER (Extraterrestrial)

There was only silence and distant realization.
All of the stories, congress meetings, CIA coverups, documentaries and well-planned shows and movies were, true?
The day my encounter occurred was the day true raw reality slammed into me, that those of us who could see beyond the veil of reality were more than supernatural conspirators, I hate that very word now, it left a horrible taste in my mouth, like cookies dipped in a cup of fruit punch kind of bad taste.
I made the mistake of telling a man I was very much in love with, believing he’d hear me and believe me but all I heard over the phone was “You should get psychiatric help for that.”
It stung.
Not because he didn’t accept my truth but because he knew about unconventional things too and pretended he didn’t, it was insulting to say the least. My spirit broke just a little as my heart sped up at the sound of his chuckle, cackling on the other end of the speaker.
Long story short, he’s no longer in my life, seeing things about him through psychic force shattered all the hope I had about him.
Funny, I often wonder if he ever got rid of that spooky incubus demon attached to him, no wonder he couldn’t do anything right.... that's a story for another page, stay tuned.
.........
My encounter occurred in a hospital, I know, odd when you think of interdimensional beings and alien activity.
My mom parked the car and we made our way into Einstein hospital. The day was early and we got up even earlier so she would make her 7a.m cardiology appointment. We hadn’t had breakfast and I was dying for a omelet, Einstein in my opinion had the best breakfast choices and their chefs made the biggest, tastiest omelets for a trauma center. I always got extra spinach and feta but anyway.
We made our way down the hall and entered a waiting room, a couple of other patients glanced our way with the look of “it’s too damn early” on their faces.
I agreed as we both took our seats after my mom checked in.
“I want a sandwich.” My mom looked at me, she raised her eyebrows and agreed.
“Here.” She reached into her oversized purse and handed me twenty bucks. I didn’t need the cash; I had my debit, but moms would be moms.
“Go to the cafeteria and get us something, see if they have some apple juice, I need something to settle my stomach.”
Apple juice was my mom's favorite and I was dying for some fresh squeeze orange juice knowing that was only a wish in this place.
I took the money from my mom with a little too much joy thinking about an omelet I could get if the chefs were there and ready to take orders. I walked out of the waiting room and stopped mid step realizing I completely forgot where the cafeteria was.
I turned to look at my mom, and she pointed to the left.
“Go all the way down the hallway and make a left, it should be right there.” She said.
The hallway looked exaggeratedly extended for some reason, longer than I remembered since my mom worked security here back when I was in high school.
I walked slowly, looking down the brightly lit hallway, it was quiet and empty. I felt excited because one, I was greedy and two I liked this hospital. I kept walking looking up at the signs labeling the doorways because I swore I was supposed to take a left but there were many lefts and suddenly, I didn’t feel right.
I stopped and looked around when a tall stocky Caucasian male with ginger hair, blue high-water jeans, and a jean jacket that didn’t fit him stood in the middle of the hallway just a few feet from me. He was looking around as if lost with his arms slightly in front of him and his body swaying left to right as if he would fall forward but also scanning his surrounds.
I made my way further down the hallway looking up at the signs and on further inspection , the man had blotchy red skin as if burned in odd spots, beady eyes and a hat that looked like it was from the 80’s in a kaleidoscope of colors.
I thought nothing of the man but felt his clothes didn’t fit him at all and the way he held his arms forward swaying like that was kind of unnerving.
I got past the man and kept walking when I realized I was clearly going the wrong way or rather farther down than I was suppose to. I made an abrupt spin on my heels when I collided with a brick wall. Completely caught off guard I looked up at the same man who I walked past a minute ago. I was only 5’4, but this man had to be at least 6’6
The man looked down at me and what appeared to be a cloak of some sort, or cloud over his face parted and revealed a face that I could only describe as non-human.
His face was unlike anything human, two large, black eyes, smooth and endless, like the greys people whisper about. But his skin was different. Dark, black and deep green threaded with faint lines, textured like reptile scales but leathery that caught the light in a way that didn’t feel natural.
He squinted down at me, a slow, deliberate narrowing of those black eyes, his mouth tightening into a grimace like a silent warning, watch it, human. The cloak on his face closed back up and he looked away.
I could do nothing but apologize and scramble down the hallway back to where I came. My heart pounded in my chest and all I could think to myself was .....I knew it...but I should mind my business.
I hurried down the hallway and to my absolute horror, I stood in front of the entrance to the cafeteria.....
I looked back and the man was still standing over there as if sniffing the air and scanning. I felt scattered because what the hell did I just encounter?
To this very day and that was back in 2022, I think back and try to rationalize, but the truth is evident.
Whether you call them extraterrestrial, interdimensional or flat-out alien, we ARE NOT the only species outside of our natural inhabitants here on earth. What I bumped into looked like a reptilian or some other alien being. THINK MEN IN BLACK (The movie). Yup.
